Alexander Kochi is an Emergency Physician currently working in Cairns Hospital.
His work interests include Geriatric Emergency Medicine, end-of-life care as well as QI and process redesign. This has led to a number of projects including implementing GEDI (Geriatric Emergency Department Intervention – Cairns Hospital), of which he is the clinical lead.
Outside of work, his resilience stems from a solid Christian faith and support from his wife and three daughters. He’s been a ‘gamer’ since about 1988 and, if you haven’t guessed already, is a ‘bit’ of a Star Wars fan(atic).”
